From Elaine Eaves Cox
My husband is an avid deer hunter. While hunting in September in the Big Lazer Wildlife area he came upon a old cemetery. He was not sure if this was in Upson County or Talbot County. The two graves that he could make out the names on were :
W. H. Watkins
1851 -1900

William Isom
June 6, 1830
Oct. 26, 1887
Confederate Soldier

There were other graves but some did not have any names on them. Just wanted to send this in, hopefully when the grass dies back and we can go back, I will go and see if we can get any more information. I will take my camera and make pictures and get directions to this cemetery. He did say that you could see where there were remnants of the outlines of an old house/buildings/barns close by the graves. The graves were located in a small tree grove.
