Administratix's Sale.
Georgia - Fulton County.
By virtue of an order of the court of ordinary of said county,
granted at the
December Term, 1910, will be sold before the court house door of
said county on the first Tuesday in January next, within the legal
hours of sale, the following property of the estate of S. A. Wilson,
deceased to wit: All that
tract or parcel of land in land lot one hundred and eighty-one (181)
of the
seventeenth district of originally Henry, now said county of Fulton,
containing thirty and three-fourths (30 3/4) acres, more or less,
and more particularly described as follows: Beginning on south side
of Pace's Ferry at a point where the west line of E. J. Wilson
intersects said road, and running thence south, along the line of
Mrs. E. J. Wilson's land one thousand three hundred and fifty-two
(1,352) feet; thence west along the line of C. A. Howell one
thousand one hundred and forty (1,140) feet; thence north along the
line of lands of C. A. Howell, Sprayberry and Simpson one thousand
(1,000)feet, to the Pace's Ferry road; thence east along Pace's
Ferry road to the point of beginning.
