O. F. Bing Died Today; Funeral Services Will Be Thursday Afternoon
O. F. Bing, 88 years of age, died this morning at the home of his daughter, Mrs. David Fincher, near Young's Mill, following a long illness.
Mr. Bing had lived in Floyd County for many years and was active in religious affairs of his community. He had been a member of Mizpah Church about
twenty-five years.
He is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Fincher, Mrs. John Fowler and Mrs. Ben Alexander, and one son, Jim Bing, all of Floyd County.
Funeral services will be held Thursday afternoon at Mizpah Church, conducted by the Rev. A. B. Elizer, pastor of North Rome Methodist Church. Interment
will be in adjoining cemetery.
The following friends will act as pallbearers: T. J. Hutcherson, R.L. Adams, R.D. Head, C.H. Fountain, H.L. Barnes and Charlie Barnes. Emmett Cole,
mortician, has charge of arrangements.
