PGS FUNDRAISER TO SUPPORT GENEALOGY CENTER A SUCCESS

The Pinellas Genealogy Society had a successful effort, with the generous help of the donors below, to raise the money necessary to purchase Furnishings, Fixtures and Equipment for the 3600 square foot Genealogy Center in the NEW Largo Library.

Our Genealogy Office is 250 square feet and accommodates four people. Our volunteer work area is equipped with two computers for use by the volunteers on duty. Of course, there are several computers for use by visiting researchers. The research area is able to accommodate laptop computers with wireless printing capabilities. State of the art filing systems are used to house the ever-growing microfilm collection.
