   This web site seeks to provide a digital library of primary sources in Siskiyou County history, such as manuscripts, photographs, and works of art. Primary sources include letters, diaries, manuscripts, legal and financial records, photographs and other pictorial items, maps, architectural and engineering records, artwork, scientific logbooks, sound recordings, oral histories, and artifacts.

The Scott Valley Genealogical Group (SVGG) began about 1988 with the common interest in preserving family history.

They welcome beginners, vintage genealogists, and just anyone who is full of curiosity.

Please be sure to visit Perry Sims' historical site.  Perry is a local historian who specializes in the Sisson area, basically covering the period 1886 to 1924.

"The county that is no more."  Once covering part of Siskiyou county, Klamath county is lost to history.  This site is filled with interesting links and information.  A must see!
