These narrative stories represent the heart of our goals as a group of researchers striving to conserve family history. Each author shares factual and documented histories, but the narratives also have a way of touching the reader with tales of struggle, sacrifice, and triumph in the face of economic obstacles, social upheaval, and other woes.
