1867 - Lewis James "Louis" Crosina was born in Italy.
1882 - Louis Crosina left Italy at the age of 15 years and went to Yale, BC.
-Louis took jobs driving horse teams on the Cariboo Wagon Road and tended horses at the 134 Mile.
1897 - Louis married Anna Clara Noble, a teacher at Lac La Hache. The couple lived in 122 Mile House. On July 1st L. J. Crosina took out a Hay/Meadow Lease from the government.
1898 - The BC Voters list shows James Lewis Crosina as a farmer living in 121-Mile House.
- Louis and Clara moved to Mountain House at 158 Mile.
1900 - Williams James Crosina was born.
1901 - Alice Lillian "Lil" Crosina was born.
1903 - Louis took a pre-emption at 153 Mile House, and built a small two story log home.
- Clara bought a set of scales to pay the Indians who worked for them. They didn't want money, only "a bit of grub" for their labourer. This was the beginnings of the 153 Mile Store.
1906 - Louis finished a large log home. It would become a well known stopping house, despite the earlier words from Clara who vowed she would never run a roadhouse. Excellent meals were served for 50 cents. A bed for the night, including stable and feed for a horse was also 50 cents. There were 6 bedrooms upstairs, and one large bunkroom that became known as the "bull pasture".
-Louis had a blacksmith shop and would shoe horses.
1909 - The first cars started to travel the Cariboo Road and many of the great roadhouses began to decline.
1914 - A new store was built.
1919 - Louis J. Crosina, Louis J. is listed in the 153 Mile House directory as operating a hotel, general store and cattle ranch.
1923 - William James (Bill) Crosina married Inez Huston on November 27th in 137 Mile House in the district of Williams Lake. (BC Marriage Reg. Number: 1923-09-266928) Bill and Inez would have 7 children, Omar, Inez, Rita, Willie, Roy, Douglas James (Jimmy), and Wayne.
1927 - Douglas James (Jimmy) Crosina was born to Bill and Inez Crosina in May.
1933 - Omar Crosina was born to Bill and Inez Crosina in 150 Mile House.
1936 - Anna Clara Crosina died at the age of 69 on September 20th in 153 Mile House.

-Louis and Clara's daughter Lil took over operations of the Crosina farm, roadhouse and store.
1943 - Lewis James "Louis" Crosina died on April 15th at the age of 75, in Matsqui. (BC Death Reg. Number 1943-09-622612)
-Young Inez Crosina would marry Ray Cottel.
-Rita Crosina would marry Doug Speed.
1946 - Douglas James Crosina married Joyce. They would have children, John, Judi, Edward, Lillian, Steven and Charlie.
1951 - Kenneth Edwin Crosina died on February 6th in Williams Lake. The age was listed as unknown. (BC Death Reg. Number 1951-09-002080)
1952 - Charles Alexander Crosina was born.
1957 - Lil suffered a heart attack and took some time off from her work.
1958 - Lil sold the Crosina family ranch to Joe and Peggy Patenaude. Lil continued to live at 153 Mile house and operated the 150 Mile Store.
1959 - Williams James (Bill) Crosina died on December 12th at the age of 59 years in Williams Lake. (BC Death Reg. Number 1959-09-015256)
1963 - Alice Lillian "Lil" Crosina died at the 153 Mile Store, behind the counter on August 8th at the age of 62. (BC Death Registration 1963-09-010097) Lil Crosina never married.
1970 - Charles Alexander Crosina died on September 5th at the age of 18 in Prince George. (BC Death Reg. Number 1970-09-016543)
1987 - Douglas James Crosina died at the age of 60 in May.
1992 - On April 5th, Inez Crosina nee Houston died at the age of 91 years in Williams Lake.
