Withthis book, I'll start with the Indians that werethere, then the Spanish visitation and to modern era1880-1957. There are loads of pictures of the Indiansof 20,000 years ago and Spanish treasure that is foundand waiting to be found in the Wirth area. Now, thisbook can be found if you type in the name of the bookin the search engine or you can go to lulu.com andtype in the name of the book. Once you are there youcan take a peek and then click on my name to bring youto my storefront where I have many books, mostlytreasure books with stories of ARKANSAS TRUE TREASUREand loads of 2006 calendars. The hot book I have rightnow is called FOR GOD AND COUNTRY USMC which is basedon my true story with the marines from 1965 through2003 and loaded with pictures. Calendars? Yeah, I have12 month to a 60 month calendars. A 5 year calendar??You bet! The 5 year calendar is the most popularcalendar by sales that I have to offer. It doesn'tcost anything to visit. If you own any Sharp County sources, whether listed or not, and will do look-ups, please let me know. Email me at Gary Wiles . Feel free to request a look-up from the following resources. Please limit your request to one name per request. Please put SHARP COUNTY LOOKUP in the subject line of your request to insure the message is not overlooked or accidentally deleted. In the first line of the message please put the name of the book from which you are requesting the lookup.
USGenWeb will not tolerate any copyright violations. Lookup requests should be limited to one name, or perhaps two if it is a married couple. Information given will be minimal, for example, if it is a cemetery lookup, the information will be the name of the cemetery and dates on the headstone. Please do not ask for "everyone with X surname" or an entire family group, or for hardcopies to be mailed; the volunteers have been asked not to comply with such requests.
Our lookups will extend to searching the book to determine if the book would be helpful to you in your research. Should the book prove useful, we can provide the authors address and ordering information. The USGenWeb Project will endeavor to get a WRITTEN statement from each copyright holder which stipulates which books may be used for lookups. If you request a lookup, don't forget to thank your volunteer for their time.
