Conway
County Research Library
The Conway County
Research Library is open in the Morrilton Depot in downtown Morrilton, AR. The research library is open for the publics use. It is staffed by volunteers from CCGA. We are in the process of setting up a county-wide Family File which will be accessible on the computers in the research room. CCGA has quite a collection of books, CDs, microfilm, microfiche, etc. from which to research. You do not have to be a member of CCGA to use the research room but new members are always welcome. The Library is open Friday and Saturday from 10:00 AM until 4:00 PM. Other times are possible depending on the availability of a volunteer by calling
501-354-4866 or 501-354-4428. Donations, both monetary and books/CDs, to the research room are welcome and can be made to the following address.

Conway County
Photos
Through their devotion to the preservation of the
History of Conway County, the Conway County Genealogical
Association requests your help. In an effort to help preserve the
memory of the residents of Conway County, the CCGA is requesting
scanned photos whose identities may be unknown. The main idea is
to create a book that may be displayed at the annual Ancestor
Fair held in Conway County as well as in the Research Library. Please include
any known information such as part of the name, and
the date on the submission of your photos. The photos will be
placed on the CCGA website as time and space permits for those
whose identities in photos are unknown. The CCGA will also be
making an effort to display the unknown photos in the monthly
newsletter. Through our efforts and dedication to genealogy, this
is the perfect opportunity to aid in the restoration of memories
and faces that have been lost. For further information or
submission of scanned photos please submit to efrancis@flash.net
.Your time and effort will be appreciated by many generations to
come. Thank you!

be buried within these cemeteries but the graves are not marked with names. All submissions can be
