FINE RECRUITING RECORD.
The Hillside House, 9819 104th street, Edmonton, has established a remarkable
record in this city in furnishing nearly fifty volunteers to the various
regiments organized and recruited here since the war began. A list of the
names, also occupations, is given below. They were either permanent boarders at
the Hillside House when the war broke out, or they had formerly lived at the
Hillside House some time during the past three years:
