star The first organizing meeting was held at the home of Kate Strong Summy, in Vienna, Virginia. The picture was made at our 90th Birthday Celebration, held on October 13th 1995, which was highlighted by a historical marking of her picturesque Victorian home. On that same day, our one-hundredth member was approved. That year was also the centennial of the NSDAR and the Town of Vienna, Virginia. We have now grown from the charter group of twelve to a membership of 200.
