From Tacoma News Tribune -- King County -- May 1913. 

Tacoma, May 19 -- George Rex Burdick, age 20, a resident of Centralia, died Saturday night 
at a local hospital.  He is survived by his mother, Mrs. Bertha Burdick, of Centralia.  The remains 
were removed to the Hoska-Buckley-King company's and sent to Centralia yesterday for interment.
