23 Cameron Volunteer Fire Department Annual Easter BBQ Chicken Sale - Plates are $7 and includes half a chicken, beans, potato salad, pickles, sauce, and bread. Plates can be picked up from 11 AM - 1 PM. Drive thru is also available. Pre-sale tickets only, so call 697-4702 or 697-4013 for tickets. (These go quickly, so plan ahead!)

29  Senior Citizens Group- County Jamboree at the senior center in Milano at 7 PM.  This is a free event that happens on the last Saturday of the month.  Refreshments are served for a nominal fee.

5 8th Annual Bluebonnet Trail Ride - at 10 AM, tickets are $10 per person, or $20 for families of 3 and kids under 6 are free. Continental breakfast at 9 AM & the trail ride starts at Rockin J Farm at 1101 CR 110 in Buckholts. All proceeds will go to the Buckholts Volunteer Fire Dept. You are welcome to ride your horse, hay wagon, or just join in at the river for lunch.

17 Friends of the Cameron Public Library reception for memebers from 5 to 7 PM at the library.  A drawing will be held and the winner will recieve a $25 gift certificate donated by Duesk's Pharmacy.  For more information about the Cameron Public Library or call them (254) 697-2401.
