    Lambert dit Robillard

    Généalogie, French Canadian

Lookups are available from a member of the Lambert Association of America. Although there are Lamberts who originated in England, this line has only been traced back to France. You need not restrict your query to ancestors with Rhode Island connections.

Two searchable databases can be used; one of all the Lamberts, and the other is the "Lambert dit Robillard." database. This last refers to Robillard because a Robillard changed his name to Lambert.  Lambert is also common as a first name in France.  There is also extensive information on the ancestors of Eustache Lambert, Aubin Lambert dit Champagne, and Pierre Lambert.

Areas covered are all in Canada, the Province of Québec: Beause, Québec, Trois-Riviere, Louiseville, St-Cutbert, St-Didace, and St-Charles Mandeville.

Les recherches en français sont les bienvenues.

Please allow at least two weeks for a response. Send your requests to Gaëtan Lambert. Please include your email address in the message, and as much information about the subject of your request as you have.
