Records available: 
Deeds from 1788
Wills from 1789
Marriage Records from 1885 to present. 
Birth and Death Records spotty from around 1870*[further info]
and then to the state in 1906
Naturalization Records 1798-1891
and index from 1906-present Federal located just inside the 8th floor of the Old Post Office Building
