Meetings are held on the first Sunday of each month in the Teacher's Staff room of the Public School, Walker Street Casino at 2pm. A guest speaker is usually present. Afternoon tea is provided at the museum library following each meeting.

The Annual General Meeting is held on the first Sunday in March of each year.
 

Council Meetings are held on the 3rd Monday of the month at 1pm in the Museum Library.
