Iowa is 310 miles long and 200 miles wide. Iowa covers 56,276 square miles, making it the 26th largest in the States.
Land Area: 55,875 square miles.
Water Area: 401 square miles.
Iowa is bordered by Minnesota on the north, Missouri on the south, Wisconsin and Illinois on the east, South Dakota and Nebraska on the west.
