The Canadian Genealogy series "The Journey Home" is currently running on
History Channel, Sat. @ 10:30 AM & 5:30 PM, Sun. @ 4:30 PM. (MDT).
This week (Sept. 21 & 22) Alberta native Steve Benedictkson travels to
Iceland to visit the home of his famous grandfather the Icelandic poet
Stephan G. Stephanson. Virtually unknown in Canada, the poet from
Markerville Alberta is still a household name in Iceland after a hundred
years.
